The specialized linear drainage ditch for trams is supplied by the manufacturer's system, including the main drainage ditch, cover plate locking buckle, installation tools, connecting pipes, insulation facilities, and equipment for connecting the track and drainage ditch. The insulation between the track and the drainage equipment must be ensured, and the equipment supplier shall provide insulation equipment installation drawings and construction guidance. The opening at the connection of the permeable hose shall be completed in the factory.
The drainage ditch inside the track is 200mm wide and 250mm wide, with Z-shaped ductile iron edge protection, tightly connected to the track and rail support platform. The side ditch wall must have reinforcing bars to ensure the resistance of the ditch body to lateral impact force. The cover plate material is ductile iron, which meets the D400 load-bearing capacity under EN1433 standard, with electrophoretic anti rust coating. The fixing between the cover plate and the groove body adopts bolt locking device.
